SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

At ‘vedantikaherbals’ we believe in delivering products purchased in splendid condition. All items are carefully packaged as to avoid any form of damage. We will ensure that it reaches you earlier or within the specified period without any hassle.

BE EXTRA ALERT WHEN ACCEPTING PARCEL FROM COURIER

If the outer packing is damaged or tampered with, do verify the items quality and quantity with invoice before accepting the package from the courier agency. In case of any discrepancy, either refuse to accept delivery or accept delivery only after putting suitable remark on the proof of delivery. Also lodge proper complain with the local office of the courier agency as well with our customer care, so that we may pursue with Courier Company.

Please note: Residential shipments to USA & some other countries will be left at door if someone is not there to receive the package or no one answers the door bell. Our international courier agents will not be able to provide sign confirmation of delivery made in such cases.

To ensure that no disputes arise due to this, kindly make sure that someone is there to receive the package when courier delivery is attempted.

No deliveries are made on Saturdays & Sundays in most countries with 5 day works culture. In many Islamic countries Fridays are normal off days. Sometimes we can try to organize deliveries on Saturdays also on some extra cost on case to case basis.

Further, deliveries are generally made during normal working hours of courier companies and these vary from country to country.

There is no transit risk to the customer as all parcels as fully insured at no extra cost to customers. If Courier Company fails to deliver, you do not suffer any loss. In-transit, risk is all ours. But ‘vedantikaherbals’ will not responsible for lost and stolen packages or any full or partial damages to the package after being left at customer's address by postal / courier agency.

 

TRACKING DETAILS

We will send you an email regarding the shipment of your order, as soon as the items are handed over to the Courier Company. These alert emails will contain the tracking number and courier company website details along with expected date of delivery. You may also check the same on Courier Company website.

ADDRESS CHANGE REQUESTS

Once you have placed an order, you cannot make any alterations in address. However, address alteration requests may be accommodated within 24 hours of placing the order. We request you to call our customer care to make any alteration & send us a mail to be doubly sure about the change.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

Note: Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Some courier companies charge a penalty for incorrect shipping addresses, wherein the address and zip / postal code do not match. The customer will, without exception, bear the cost of any such penalties and / or fees. In the event of a reshipment of the same order, customers will be responsible to pay re-shipping charges for the reshipment.

IN CASE OF ANY DISPUTE RELATED TO DELIVERY

For domestic buyers, while delivering the product the courier company is liable to take sign on POD from the customer / the person who takes the delivery at the given address. In case any dispute arises related to the delivery of the product, the signed POD will be presented for clarification / verification.

 

What is Return/Replacement Policy?

To ensure your shopping experience remains the best, all physical products sold on ‘vedantikaherbals’ are covered under our Replacemnet  Policy. Notify us of any manufacturing defect, product damage at the time of delivery  and we will issue a brand new replacement to you at no extra cost.

How do I ensure that Return policy is implied to my order without any hassles?

We make every effort to ensure that your order is carefully dispatched to you and hope that you're happy with your purchase. We're committed to superior customer service, quality products and your complete satisfaction. However, if you wish to return your item(s), you should keep in mind a few things before sending the item(s) and follow the below

Procedure:

  1. Item(s) must be unused and in their original condition with all tags and packaging (for e.g. shoes must be packed in the original shoe box and returned, Fragrance bottle seal must not be opened/tampered, Watch must be in the original box with warranty card and manual, etc.)
  2. All additional items or accessories in the package must be sent without anything missed out.
  3. Please do take care that that you pack item(s) securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.
  4. Please note that the above return policy does not apply to:
  5. Baby-dolls, bodysuits, hosiery, Innerwear, sleepwear, swimwear, Jewellery, all Electronic items like Mobile, Home appliances, Watches, Tablets, etc.
  6. Is not applicable for any free items.
  7. Returns will not be accepted if the item is covered under manufacturer’s warranty period, however, if damaged on receiving the item, it can still be returned post raising a complaint with our Customer care.

How can I return the item? Where should I send it?

The Item must be returned in the original condition to the nearest ‘vedantikaherbals’ office address as provided on our contact us page. And the item must be sent within 7 days of raising the complaint to Customer Care, post which the complaint will be considered as void and no further action will be taken from our side.

So will the courier charges be reimbursed?

Sorry. We do not have the policy of refunding courier charges under Return policy.

Can I exchange the item for a new item?

Yes. We do have the option to exchange with any item of your choice at same value. If you want a product with low or higher value, you need to ‘Return’ your product and place a new order for the new item. We will proceed to Refund the amount once we receive the original item to any of our offices. Please call our Customer care team for further assistance on this.

How will I get the Refund?

Post lodging a complaint and agreement for Refund with Customer care, raise a query from “My Account” page on ‘vedantikaherbals’ website along with your account details as mentioned below.

  1. Select “Refund Pending”
  2. Account No.:
  3. Account Name (as appearing in bank):
  4. IFSC Code/NEFT code (available on the cheque book or can check with the bank):
  5. Branch Details:
  6. Submit the query to us and as soon as we receive the returned item, the amount will be transferred to you online without any hassles.

Note: Kindly ensure to check and validate the card details especially the card number and the IFSC/NEFT code. ‘vedantikaherbals’ won't be responsible for any incorrect details provided by the customers.
